Zoe Charles proudly serves as Miss Carolina Foothills 2026. She is a dedicated student at the University of Oklahoma, where she studies Health & Exercise Science and Dance History. With a deep passion for wellness, service, and community impact, Zoe plans to pursue her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant following her undergraduate studies.

Zoe is the founder of Beyond the Ribbon, her Community Service Initiative devoted to breast cancer awareness, early detection, and supporting families navigating a diagnosis. She is also the author of Beyond the Ribbon, a children’s book available on Amazon, written to help children understand and cope with a loved one’s breast cancer journey. Through advocacy, outreach, and education, Zoe is committed to making a lasting difference across North Carolina.

A lifelong dancer and advocate for the Miss America Fit lifestyle, Zoe promotes heart health, movement, and mindful living through practices like dance and hot Pilates. With grace, poise, and purpose, she strives to serve her community while embodying the five points of the Miss America crown each day.
